Stunning sea views from the balcony were breathtaking.
The shuttle service was severely lacking, with only specific times offered. We faced delays and had to wait longer than expected for the small van, often packed with other guests. the breakfast options were disappointingly limited for a supposed five-star establishment, making mornings less enjoyable.

the so-called five-star experience was marred by limited dining options and an unkempt jacuzzi. i had expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience of the dreadful food, yet there was none. the views were nice, but they don’t make up for everything else. i was so hopeful for a good review, but i just couldn't.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, and the breakfast spread was truly delightful (I loved the scrambled eggs and bacon! ). The staff were genuinely helpful, especially Diana at the front desk, who sorted out bus times for us when the ferries were off due to bad weather. The rooftop pool offered stunning views too!
Nothing to complain about at all.

I stayed in a Junior Suite with Hot Tub for 4 nights and loved the large room and stunning sea views—definitely the highlight! The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, and the evening apple treat was a lovely touch. the jacuzzi needed more attention than expected. Still, I'd choose this place again!

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel had stunning views, and we loved the pool terrace. Exploring Salerno Harbor and hiking the Positano trailhead for the Path of the Gods was unforgettable. Francesco at the front desk was super helpful, and the complimentary shuttle to town was a nice touch.
The only downside was that our room's jacuzzi wasn't as clean as we'd hoped. It could have used some attention, but overall it didn't ruin our stay.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway
Great stay within this hotel. The staff were absolutely helpful and friendly from the waiters and waitress to reception staff. Rossario and Angela went above & beyond to help us with visits, and a last minute hire car. Our room was perfectly fine with a large balcony area with recliners, tables and chairs! ! The pool area was amazing, it had extraordinary views and was very tranquil.
It was a bit pricey, but that's expected in this area.

Peaceful Retreat with Attentive Service
Stunning sea views from our junior suite were a highlight. The attentive staff truly enhanced our experience, providing tips on local dining. Enjoyed delicious mussels, but consider dining earlier as the options seemed limited later. Take advantage of their shuttle service, though timings can be tight. Early travels recommended!

perfect place for exploring nearby attractions and stunning views
i had such a great time here, especially enjoying the proximity to the beautiful ceramics museum just a short walk away and the scenic lungomare di salerno that offers amazing views perfect for walking.

my stay at relais paradiso was fantastic! the staff were super helpful, especially diana at the front desk, who sorted out bus times for me since the ferries were cancelled. the location offers lovely sea views, and the outdoor pool was a great spot to relax. breakfast options were plentiful, fueling my explorations around the area.
although it was an enjoyable stay, a little more attention to detail in the room upkeep would have made it perfect.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
Stunning views from the spacious balcony, and the helpful staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
Limited dinner menu options and the shuttle service had pesky scheduling issues, making travel less convenient.
